Today during our outdoor learning we drew lots of different pictures on the playground using chalk. Some children drew the cottage from Goldilocks and the Three Bears while others drew number lines and faces. How have you been creative today?
Today we have been looking at different types of maps of our local area, we even found our school on the map. We then drew a map of the journey that Goldilocks took to get to the Three Bears house. Can you locate yourself on a map?

This week class 1 have been reading Allan Ahlberg’s ‘Funnybones’ story. Today they re-told the story of Funnybones whilst painting.

We know it is important that we become independent learners. Today we practised helping each other rather than asking an adult. How have you helped someone today?
Today we used the peg boards to create pictures. We had to really concentrate when picking the small pegs up and placing them in holes in the peg board. Then we counted pegs and talked about different colour pegs we had used.
